Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your engagement with Xpressions of me ltd, a bridal couture and jewellery consultancy service provider (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) and your use of our services. By engaging with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
- Services
1.1. We provide bridal couture and jewellery consultancy services, which include but are not limited to, advising, designing, sourcing, and assisting clients in selecting bridal attire and jewellery for their special occasions.
1.2. Our services are based on the information provided by you, and we will make reasonable efforts to meet your expectations. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, and the final decision regarding bridal attire and jewellery is ultimately yours.
- Consultation and Fees
2.1. Consultation fees will be discussed and agreed upon before the commencement of any services. A contract will be drafted between yourself and Xpressions of Me which will highlight all the points and deliverables as discussed with you.
2.2 Any costs that occur in terms of purchasing of your ensemble, (jewellery, clothes etc) will be billed directly to you from the relevant supplier/designer. We will only be the facilitator to get you the best prices. We will not bare any costs that occur during or after the purchase of the above items.
2.3. Payment for our services must be made in accordance with the payment terms agreed in the contract.
- Client Responsibilities
3.1. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your preferences, style, budget, and event details.
3.2. You must communicate any changes, concerns, or additional requirements promptly before any piece/pieces (jewellery, clothes etc) are finalised with the supplier/designer.
3.3. You are responsible for any decisions made regarding the selection and purchase of bridal attire and jewellery.
3.4 Any additional changes for your pieces, can bare additional charges from us as well as the supplier/designer.
- Cancellations and Refunds
4.1. We can refund your initial consultation fee if you decide not to see us 72 hours before the appointment. No refund will be given after such time. If you need to cancel or reschedule your initial consultation appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
4.2 Once a contract is signed. Either party may terminate the contract at any time by providing written notice to the other party, however, a cancellation fee is charged if this request is made after 15 days of commencement of the contract.
4.2. Refunds will be issued in accordance with our refund policy, which will be stated in your final contract.
- Privacy and Confidentiality
5.1. We will treat all information you provide as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties or any other parties, without your consent, except as required by the law.
5.2. We may take photographs of bridal attire and jewellery selections for our portfolio and promotional purposes, but we will seek your permission before using any images featuring you and will proceed based on your preferences.
- Intellectual Property
6.1. Any designs, sketches, or creative materials developed during our consultation sessions remain our intellectual property, and should be solely under the rights of the company.
6.2. You may use our designs and recommendations for personal use but may not reproduce, distribute, or sell them for commercial gain, without our written consent.
- Limitation of Liability
7.1. We are not responsible for the quality, condition, or performance of any bridal attire or jewellery purchased by you through our recommendations as we are the connecting consultants between you and the respective vendors for couture and jewellery. Nevertheless, we can share our expert opinion, wherever you require about the quality and performance of specific pieces/items.
7.2. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or the use of products we recommend.
- Amendments
9.1. We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to you.
- Governing Law
10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of UK jurisdiction, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, however, the contract between you and us might override these Terms and Conditions. For any questions or concerns, please contact us before proceeding with our services.
